In this proceeding, Robert Farmer seeks collateral review of the sentence imposed following his 1998 conviction for solicitation to deliver cocaine. Farmer was sentenced to prison for a term of 65.25 months. Farmer contends the sentencing court exceeded its statutory authority by imposing this prison sentence. The State concedes the court acted without authority in sentencing Farmer as it did. We accept the States concession of error and grant the petition in part.
